Don, the Oakland Raiders are pure evil exceed by only the Denver Broncos and Baltimore Ravens. I did kinda like Lyle Alzado. What an animal! Hated Al Davis.

The sad truth and confession is, I was a Cleveland Browns fan. I sat in Municipal Stadium in 1986 in sub-zero cold that froze my Schaffer's Beer and my nutz, through a double overtime playoff game against the Jets that Cleveland won. They lost to Elway's Broncos for the Division. But somewhere along the line the devil Art Modell bought that team and turned them into losers that he then packed off to Baltimore. What remains of the team of my childhood, is exiled in Baltimore...kinda like the St. Louis Cardinals in Arizona.

I married a Pittsburgh Steeler fan in 1979, and managed to live through five Superbowl rings, while still a Browns fan. That finally ended in 1996 when the Browns became the Ravens. The 1999 expansion team is a lame excuse for what was a proud team, and I never claimed ownership for these pretenders.

I have earned the right to heckle Cleveland.

Have at it Tom, yer not gonna hurt my feelings...but the Muni lot is still home to the best tailgate party...just don't wear your Steelers colors.

Yeah, I know better. Outside of football, Clevelanders are some of the friendliest people around. Friggen dawgs.

Watching some Thursday Night Football with Buffalo and the Jets. Who'd have thunk the Bills gotta guy named Rambo who picked up a fumble and ran it in for a TD.

You didn't actually expect anything more, did you Tom?

Manziel passed for a career-high 372 yards, and only managed to get 9 points on the board. Only the Browns could pull that off
Yes indeed. Manziel has taken a lot of **** for his off-field issues and failing to live up to expectations of a first round pick on the field. This is just proof that Cleveland's focus on the QB position, without a supporting cast is misguided. Cleveland's usual response to this dilemma is to deal the best players for a draft pick.

Bets on next year's coach?

Didn't they hear about the Buccaneers in the late 1980s? Several years in a row with the #1 draft pick -- always a QB -- with no serious offensive linemen, running backs, or receivers. The QB can't do much if he's always on his back underneath a blitzing linebacker.

Back when I played high school ball, we always had some smart assed running back who thought he was the most important player in the game. As the center, I always led the push to bring them back to reality. Two or three plays with absolutely no blocking usually made the point.

Unbelievable that a professional football team's coaching staff can't figure that out.
