Spieth is the man, won 3 of his last 10 tournaments, nicest guy on tour. It's Thursday night now, he just finished round 1 with a 64, if I were a (real) gambler, I'd guestimate that he shoots 71 Friday, 69 on Saturday and 72 on Sunday for -12 to win by 3 to be the second youngest winner behind Tiger by 5 months.

I would love to see Phill, Tiger, or Freddie have a run. Matt would be nice to see win as well. It does not look like that is going to happen. Jordan has a great lead and looks to keep it. If he can hold it together he will win.

I would like to see Tiger win just to see Jack's record broken sometime in the future. It ain't gonna happen this year, so I will root for Spieth to set a record. I have already had a run in with Zilla over golf so I would like to take this opportunity to say "FU" Zilla and he shouldn't take it too seriously.

I agree with AJ. I never could see the sense in paying somebody a shit ton of money just to chase a little white ball around the lawn. I have a lot more fun in shooting the little white bastard out of my cannon or just using it for target practice. They make great .223 targets at 100+ yards.

I used to feel that way. I have been chasing the little white ball around with a bag of clubs for 40 years, and only just started to get any good at it. Once I finally got the hang of it, I started to enjoy watching the pros who do it so well.

Is chasing a little white ball any stupider than throwing a ball thru a metal hoop or running and throwing a ball and getting chased by a bunch of big guys? How about some guy scratching his nuts for 5 minutes and then throwing a little white ball and hoping another guy doesn't hit it. Golf is a game of skill that can be played into a persons eighties and you don't need other people to play the game. To each his own.
