I bought my first 2009 FJR 1300 AE from a dealer in OK. They'd bought a bazillion of them as Yamaha was blowing them out of the warehouse in 2012.

One of the nice thing about the Yamaha blowouts I've seen is that they give the warranty too. My experience watching Kawasaki "new" auction leftovers has been that there may be no warranty. Same for BMW. They may blow the bikes out, but they may also be entered into service concurrent with the transfer to the dealership.

Track and Trail in State Collage Pa. has 15A 15ES $10499-$12999 .

Going to be some fees. Last bike I bought there $300 freight and prep. Nice small dealer.

I also found the same deal.. 9999 plus 350 for paperwork and prep.

I'm flying out to Nashville, Il Saturday to get it and ride it home.

I have '06 BMW which is doing just fine but this is too good to pass on.

Holzhaur? That's where I bought mine 2 years ago. It's only about 30 minutes from me. They're a Ford dealer that sells motorcycles on the side (literally). Drive to the far end of the parking lot and go in the last door.

This is what brought me to seeing the 2015 FJR1300A model as a viable option for the replacement of my BMW and Ducati presently.

I'm seeing them on the west coast presently for $11k + T&L, which that in itself to me is a great/killer price for a excellent bike.

My money could not go further in securing a long term reliable ride as the 2015 A-model.

Dealerships aren't members here, although some members may work for a dealership or have close ties to one.

Best bet would be to hit their internet site: https://www.hillviewmotorsports.com/default.asp?page=xNewInventory&make=yamaha#page=xNewInventory&vt=motorcycle%20%2F%20scooter&vc=sport%20touring&make=yamaha

From what I gather they have sold out of there 2015 overstock. They had 8 left about 10 months ago and I am sure they are gone. You can still find deals on Cycle trader but your will have to travel possibly.

So glad I bought when I did.

Just further proof that people desire red, not gray. The 2014 was the most successful year of FJR. Somehow the bean counters missed that.

I was partial to the Bass Bote Blue of 2005...

I added some bling to my battleship grey to make it more respectable.

I do agree color plays a major role in purchasing. Underneath that grey paint there is still a beast to unleash.
