Could it be that the speedo was in kilometers per hour? That would make the top speed 132 mph.

I thought about it being in kilometers too, but I paused the video and if I squinted I could see kilometers on the inside of the dial, with MPH on the outside. But... it's fake. Near the end, with an indicaded 100 MPH, a tire mark on the road goes by at about 20 MPH actual.

 
There are some fake looking aspects to the video, but it IS a turbocharged Busa (if you see the whole thing, you get to see some shots of the turbo plumbing from off the bike) and should certainly be capable of 220 mph. The tach is deep into the red zone. It looks like Florida. People in Florida, lacking any curves in the roads, do some pretty wild things on motorcycles.
