Try going to Kawasaki.com, click on motorcycles, then owner info, and then parts diagram. It'll show you a microfiche you can look up the cover, clutch assembly, etc. If you have any mechanical aptitude the parts manual will give you a good idea of how to do it. They also have a link to order manuals although I think a 1988 manual might be tough to come by. I owned a 1986 and 1989, and the clutch is not that tough to do. I did a starter clutch also once, you don't want to have to do that, it entails splitting the engine cases on the 1986 model.
