Yeah, it's a concrete corn cob. So?
Just got this from a friend describing her night last night. When she refers to Lamont, that's her dog.

Hello Everyone!
I just wanted to share my exciting night because if I don’t laugh about it I will cry. About 2:00 a.m. last night I get up to go to the bathroom, so since I was up Lamont decided he needed to go too. As soon as I opened the door to let him in I got hit by a HUGE odor of SKUNK! Yes, my dear boy got sprayed by a skunk.
Luckily I grabbed him before he could make it out of the kitchen and drug him to the bathroom. He got sprayed right in the face so I wanted to at least rinse off his face and eyes. I then grabbed a can of tomato sauce and also gave him a bath in that. During the tomato sauce bath, of course he gave himself a good shake and my shower and my pj’s looked like I just murdered someone.
He was still going crazy rubbing his eyes so I called MedVets to see if he needed to go to the ER. They said to run saline (contact solution) in his eyes and give him a bath in white vinegar, baking soda and liquid detergent. Needless to say I did not have white vinegar, so smelling really foul I got to go to Meijer to pick some up. I got some really great looks.
After Lamont’s 2nd bath the skunk smell is pretty much gone, but the house still reeks of skunk! MedVets said to boil vinegar on the stove to help with the odor, so now my house smells like pickled skunk and pretty much everything I own smells.
I am at work now but I too smell like pickled skunk. I will only be here for two meetings this morning, because let’s be honest no one wants to be around Skunk Girl! I am then going to go home to deodorize, scrub and air out the house to hopefully get some of the smell out of it. Plus I only got 3 hours of sleep and the triple shot Venti mocha from Starbucks is only going to work so long.
I really hope you are having a much better day than I am!!
