...with a great pace heading east on the trails. Notice he didn't even change clothes -left straight from work.
Man, it was a trick putting on a 9 gallon fuel cell, top case, and HID lights with the 90 watt alternator, but this thing is a cake crossing streams!

I figure a dry clean of the suit and I can head back to work straight after the IBR. ;)

 
Wow, great bike! A friend has a 'tarded 650R and I've, well, not exactly "followed" him through Deal's Gap and he's all sorts of stupid fast on that thing through there. Back a couple years ago when I had some money I was heavily shopping a dual sport and also faced the challenge of how to wheel/tire it. I came to the conclusion that I would use two sets of stock wheels with one set 80/20 dirt tires and the other set 20/80. Being that I wanted to swap often between dirt and street use I don't think changing the wheel sizes and brakes would be fun.
