Despite rumors to the contrary, the Bandit lives, though my cage is definitely rattled! Actually, this is my first perusal of the Forum in the new year. It's been quite a start this year with work and all.... anyway, on to less depressing topics....
SFO 2015 - I think we all agreed at both SFO 2014 and SFO 2014
The Redux that we would move the event to the Fall. We also discussed waiting on CFO and EOM to set their dates so that we could tag on to their dates in an effort to allow those who wanted to attend either EOM or CFO AND SFO to be able to do so. Well, now that their dates have been set as CFO Sept. 10-13th and EOM Sept. 24-27th, I think it only makes sense that we land in between the two at Sept. 17-20th. For the really wealthy/fortunate among us (DSbiker
) they might even be able attend all three!
I'll contact Debbie and let her know we'd like to block out a few rooms for that weekend, Thursday thru Sunday. Shouldn't be a problem because the Fayetteville Blues and BBQ is the following weekend. More to follow in a separate thread.
As for other riding plans 2015 - I see that Brian is going to be in the States in late May. There is a small group of us that will be at The Hub Sunday, May 24th thru Wednesday May 27th. If anyone is interested in joining us we'd luv to have you. Send me a PM if you think you might be able to make it. I'll let Debbie know that we'll need extra rooms, or just contact Debbie at The Hub directly yourself, but let us know you are coming! Right now we have about 5 or 6 that will be there. May be a little too far too early in Brian's visit for Big John and Festar to make it, but sure hope you guys come on if you can! That goes for any of the rest of you heathens as well!
