take care of your self RM - go play on the bike and get a few miles behind you.

I read someones signature line once (was it on the 'other' site?) - I sometimes can't even think straight till after a whole tank of gas.

For the record, your "Got Milk" avatar is just as creepy, if not more so. Dude looks like a Type I, Class A pedophile offering milk to a little kid.

Ramblin Man,

If I'm not wrong, your avatar is from "A Clockwork Orange". Great "B" movie (in a creepy, psychotic, "got milk" kinda way) . If I'm right, and you appreciate that movie, all normal advice is out the window.

WC, If you haven't seen the movie, watch it and the avatar will seem even creepier.

+1 to that, that is one twisted movie

RM - As soon as I saw your new avatar I thought, "Oh no!" It's been years since I saw A Clock Work Orange. BAZAAR flick. I remember it well with the milk bars, sex, and violence etc.

Now I'm depressed.

Malcolm McDowell is an excellent actor. After seeing him in ACWO, I always thought of him in that role. Ewwww.

Go for a ride that should help.... just be careful.

I spent an epic week at work, nothing went right if it could possible go wrong, we've been patching and tweaking all week just to get though.

I just got back from two hours on the local farm roads, and those directional arrows on the sides of the tires are all gone, now the tires don't know which way to turn, and I feel gooood! :yahoo:

May not be everyones prescription, but it worked for me.

The hookers sound really good. Also, frequently going for a long ride would be good. Most of all, you are probably just screwed up in the head. Welcome to the club.

Damn David, never sen this side of ya.

Yer dik klub membership is in the mail, soon as the V.P./membership director gets home!

:jester:

Well I'll tell you guys what, if nothing else you've all got me laughing with your reactions to my avatar.

It's supposed to be IDEAL riding weather tomorrow. I'll load up a real map in the PCIII and go cook some squids.

I know a guy who had the same thing happen to him. He went to an endocrinologist and found out he had a hormone imbalance, which was cured by a custom blended prescription. IOW, you may be experiencing Man-o-pause.
this is a real issue that is seldom addressed and could very well be happening to you.

Perhaps you need some "Clockwork Orange" type behaviour modification sessions?

A little Beethoven to help with your therapy perhaps?

I know asking you guys is like yelling dogpile on a muddy football field, but although I'm mostly over it now, for the last two weeks I have been emotionally over the edge, and it aint pretty. Balling like I lost child at the spur of the moment, feeling depressed and tired all of the time, etc...the whole "dude get a grip" thing.
Ya I have had a lot on my plate as far as stressful situations but nothing really new and nothing I haven't been able to simply brush off in the past. Before I spend a lot of time investigating what might have caused it I wanted to check if anyone else has had anything similar going on lately. This all corresponded with the trees blooming, which usually gives me terrible hay fever, but I didn't get that this year which I attribute to my very aggressive work out schedule. I also let my blood pressure meds get out of whack while I was waiting for mail order prescriptions, and we found out that our contract was not being renewed, I was having some problems with my oldest daughter, my second oldest needs money for college, the old lady appears to be the victim of some type of discrimination at work... you know, the usual.

I've said it myself, that stress is cumulative, but this just didn't seem to have an identifiable catylst so I was wondering if it may just be that time of year?

Anybody else?
RM ,,, when my oldest daughter gradulated from high school ,, I went thru some major stress.. I was worried how I was going to pay for college,,, worried about her or her & her lame / loser boyfriend doing something stupid,, etc. etc.

Having chest pains ,,,somebody cut me off in traffic and I wanted to kill them,,, and the list goes on,,,

Dr. send me for some tests,, over weight,, out of shape ,, and stressed out,,, they gave me some Beta blockers or something like that ,, calmed me down quite a bit,,,, still had to sit down and have a talk with myself.... But it all got better,,,

Daughter got thru college ,, got a good job ,, husband that I like ,,, two great Grandkids,, all is well....

Daughter # 2 did good too....

So my advice ,, talk to your Doc.. get some good meds... and relax,,,

:dribble: I listen to the voices in my head ,, they told me to stay home today and clean my guns,,
