Anyone in Arlington, VA?

I have a friend who is in Mexico looking to get hold of an iPark device for evaluation as the platform for something he wants to make and has asked if I knew anyone from that town who could buy one and send it to him.

I've told him I'd ask - I can Paypal down payment for the device -I assume it could be cost $45 for the unit (with the lowest denomination of preloaded cash) plus the cost for Fedex to Mexico.

He's in something of a rush (which is rare indeed for this guy), so if anyone is in a position to help, it would be appreciated.

Thanks, but he wants to emulate the physical package, not the service. This for something he is planning to do.

So he wants to actually buy one of their tokens to see how they managed to build it so cheaply.
