Arkansas Clowns - who are these guys?

That picture brings back fond memories. To be fair most here won't know, or ever met, the two (BMW riders) guys with the helmet on.

You are so right Petey. That is Tom Huff on the left and Smitty's brother Daryl on the right. Both of them were riding their BMW R1150RTs. No one is going to know Dapper Dave either (2nd from right), who sadly left us last year. RIP Dave.

Ok, I filled in a couple of the blanks. There have to be some guys on here that recognize the last rider? I think we have already correctly identified Wheatie, Smitty, Skip, Petey, Adam, and me.

So who can tell us who the rider is between Petey and Adam? I'll give you a small hint or two ... he rode a 2006 AE and flys a home built aircraft.

Ah, you are correct Herr Petey! It is Dr. Matt Throckmorton, or "DocThrock" . His Forum handle is FJRocket. He hasn't posted in quite some time and I checked his Airplane site (https://www.docthrock.com/) and there are no postings since 2008. I did see his plane and speak to him at Oshkosh way back in 2009, but that was the last I heard from him. Hope he is doing OK.

Yeah, I always thought that was at the Cliff House as well. But your comment rings true.

That was my first time meeting Petey...the road racer in the grand fatherly disguise. I also found out by watching Petey that it is somehow possible to pack a whole trips worth of garments in a ziplock sandwich bag. Those German/Americans sure are efficient!

After a conversation with Wheatie, I must tell Peter I am sorry for the confusion. It was not he that seen Adam eating ribs naked, it was Dr. Matt aka FJRocket.. I stand corrected, thanks Wheatie!

I don't recall his name Peter. I think it was the only time he road with us. You sure look dapper in that photo.. After seeing the pic Wheatie posted, I went back and relived many of the Hooterville gathering.

Is that the guy that was riding the Buell Ulysses in the background behind him? I don't remember him riding with us, but I do remember a guy and his girlfriend riding two up on that Buell. Maybe that was him ... Or maybe not?

EDIT: I believe it was Zzzzip that took the photos above...the top two at the Bixby Country Store, the next one at the dam near Clearwater Lake, the last photo by someone else was at the Angler's in AR.
