One of our blessed environmental wackos, Senator Fran Pavley of Beverly Hills, has intorduced leglislation to require any motorcycles (year models 2000 or newer) to go through a smog check every two years. Just what we need -- more government pain in the ass hassles and more fees.

Just another reason to move out of California. Its beautiful here with great riding roads. However, all the taxes and fees that keep piling up make it unaffordable to retire here.
