Mirror/Hand guards are a part we can order. Slim bags, no such luck.

Thug, those boys put some hard miles on. Should be another good proving ground for the FJR. Also should put more parts in stock for the area where they are running.

Yep amongst things....although Wallapers are more of an English (Pommie) term

They also get Coppers, Flatfoot, oinkers, jacks, etc

I learned something I never thought of in the Netherlands a month ago, talking to a Dutch cop who has one. I noticed they used a bar-end type of throttle lock and he said that was what they use to motion cars over. They'll ride past, flip on the throttle lock, and use their right hand to motion people over. What threw me about this is that I was thinking they'd then have the excess speed from when the set the lock. He said that with the throttle lock on, they control their speed with the rear brake. Must go through a bunch of rear brake pads, but it works for them.

We're finally starting to look at them as an option, though we're two years out from another bike order. That's good, it takes at least that long to do anything with state government.
