Keywords: AZ62, US95, Parker, Needles

Gas Available: SOL

Direction: West/North

Construction: None

Posted Speed: 65

Smokeys Seen: zero

Flora: Low desert

Fauna Encounters: 0

Road Condition: Fair narrow two-laner with lots of patches, but not choppy. Mostly straight with a wide sweeper or two. Passing opportunities will come, but you must be patient. For those that aren't, low risk quick passes over double yellows can be had. This is typical Mohave Desert roller coaster stuff. Don't know much about this type of desert, but I think those troughs could be un-posted washes.

Cars Passing Same Direction: none

Cars Passed Same Direction: few

Cars Passed Opposite Direction: Intermittent drips and trickles

Interesting Stop: Undiscovered/unknown.

These are really pretty cool. Need more (with at laest a couple of pics of the more interesting stuff)

Mein Gott. That must be the Stig's American FJR cousin! All hail, FJR Stiggy. Nice report..short, sweet, to the point.

And, yes, there is no road worth exploring on the FJR in those dips when it's raining good.

Cheers,

W2
