The helmet should be acquired from Craigslist and brought to NAFO. We can put it in the parking lot near the bikes. Late in the night, when the whiskey comes out, we can all take turns lecturing it (yelling at it). Then we can pass it around riders all over North America and send this dude pictures of where is helmet has been.

I'd put the helmet up for sale on Craigslist and see if he tries to buy it back from him - if not, sell it to someone else.

The original owner obviously didn't want it or he wouldn't have left it beside the road, right?
