Battery tender type question

Just curious.

I have a 600 amp portable jump box. I leave it plugged in all the time for those just in case moments.

The box says 22 amps/hr on it. Could I plug the lead of the jumper box to the battery terms and use it as a trickle charger? IE a battery tender?
