Indicated only 240. (Probably 5 to 10% optimistic. :) ) Doesn't match your 278 calculation.

240 kph is a fraction under 150.

Gadi, back to PhotoChop layers 'n layers of sh!t.
To be anatomically correct for a Gen II -- 9.2k rpm (rev limiter point) = 278 kph.
Wasn't my calculation, I just translated Ionbeam's 278kph statement into ~173mph for Bounce. But seriously, though I haven't had my own FJR up to anything near this speed, I would expect it to go faster then the 240kph as indicated.

BTW, NERPT states 160mph top speed as per GPS for the forum Admin. That could definitely translate into 170mph indicated on the speedo.

:clapping:

I was just pointing out that the tach and the speedo don't match. Maybe he's clutched and coasting???

Since it's a Photoshop (leaned right in a left turn??!?!?!) the gauges were shot on the centerstand, anyway. . . .

OK, now I get it....and I agree, it looks like it's going to end badly wrapped around one of the trees ahead....I don't have photoshop anymore at work, otherwise I'd offer to help out with this.

Not to be argumentative, but the bike appears to be in an S turn. If you look at the road close to the bike it looks like it was exiting the right hander just before a left hand turn ahead. Of course since IT'S A FAKE, I guess the whole thing is moot anyway.

I think this thread went through a worm hole...

Or in otherwords... It passed through a cats ass?

Didja ever really look at one of them btw? ha!

Unfortunately, my "better half" is fond of felines, so we have 3 of them currently allowing us to live with them. And if you've lived with a cat you'll know that they like to "turn tail" at the most inopportune moments...

So yeah, I get to see cats' asses way too much.
