Brake job. Ebc or factory?

I put EBC pads on the old Concours I had, and it wasn't long before I had three warped rotors.

I will be replacing pads with the oem part from now on.

I have heard that Ebc pads will eat up factory rotors. Any truth to that?...

From what I have read, this is pretty much true over the years. OEM Brake Pads last about 30-35k miles... seems like a good deal to me.

Silver, 30-35K miles? You spend too much time in stop and go traffic.

...more like Mountain and heavy twisty riding...

Just replaced with Yamaha pads. Original pair lasted 10 years and 39k miles. Miles were from PO. I guess we'll see how long these last me!
