Mine say BT023R and then inside a little oval area in a different type font is an "E". Same on the front. I would guess the extra letter inside the oval is something to do with the production run? The F & R are what tip you off that they are the OEM version tires.
Dunno. I don't have mine here anymore, but I thought I remembered the "F", so I checked my owner's manual, and it's there too. Maybe they got a boatload of them at some point and used them up mid '13 ;)

 
Hey!! Good catch. I just compared the '13 Owners manual (which does show the extra "F" just as you said) to the 2013 "A" model which also shows the extra "F", and my 2014ES owners manual, which has an extra "E" instead. The ES models get a sub-model "E" and the A models get a sub-model "F"

So, not only do we have OEM tires vs Aftermarket, but we also have these OEM tire sub-models with E and F suffixes. No wonder we can't all agree on these damn tires.

I've wondered why they make so many tires with almost the same name that are so different. At least Dunlop names their lousy OEM tires something entirely different ;)
