Only 2 weeks to go before the big twins fire up and get it on at the mile in prescott Az. I am currently laid off from my HVAC job ,so I might just have to make the trip from Iowa.to watch it.

National number 3 ,Ducati Factory /Loyd Bros racing rider,Smokin Joe Kopp,Drafts past #7 ,Slammin Sammy Halbert at the finish of the Prescott AZ Mile GNC, and gives Ducati ,their first win ever in Grand National Dirt Track racing. Awesome race! Great to see close up balls out racing again after a long dryspell. Gotta do it again in Oct!! :yahoo:

I said the margin was 2 tenths, it was really .025 of a sec. That was one close finish. I will not miss the oct race if I can help it. Plus there will be a Short Track GNC the night before the season ending Mile GNC.
