Oops, I havn't been watching this thread. My VIN is JYARP067E63AXXXXXX. I just bought it on ebay flew up to Seattle WA, met Allrider paid him and rode it back, with a stop in Eugene OR. Registration was not a problem. I don't see any '24' in the VIN

Yeah, never mind. I was confused. I thought you had a '13 FJR. My VIN question is irrelevant to your 03. Registration for you was not a problem because your FJR had 7500 miles on it already.........
