[Did you guys go out for dinner, fix dinner, or skip dinner and go straight to the beer...

Each day we stopped for a quick breakfast on the day's route. Pretty much skipped lunch each day - just snacks along the route. We had Jetboils and packed camping meals for dinner, but one night we splurgerd for a Texas Roadhouse Steak. Water was onsite.

Pretty simple. Ride - Eat - Sleep - Repeat.

Cool...sounds good. Was there any good ways to get cooled off after a day's ride? It was pretty hot during NAFO and only seemed cool at altitude(mountain passes).

Actually, we ddidn't get back to the campsite much before dark each night and by then it had cooled significantly (mid 70's). I must be honest, though. If it would have been very hot then it would have been hard to cool off and get a comfortable night's sleep. Boy, weren't those mountain passes beautiful and cooling. I never felt the need to break out my thinsulate - it was a great cool off.
