Went to a new bike night last Wed over in Silverdale at Cash Brewing. I'm in West Seattle so it was an easy Ferry ride over to Southworth. There are some really nice curvy roads through Manchester, around Beach dr and through Port Orchard to Bremerton. Sorry no pics i was busy enjoying the ride.

In Bremerton you head for the Seattle ferry then turn north on Warren Ave. Cross the bridge and turn down Clare Ave, first right. Take a right on Lebo and head up along the coast to NE Riddell and turn left. Follow this up to Bucklin then left to Bayshore then left on Washington and your there. Nice little ride.

Nice option for the 4th Wed of the month. Now we only need an event for the 2nd wed of the month and we're all set.

Who said the sun never shines in Seattle?

That's the Bremerton shipyard in the background with a couple retired flatops tied up at the docks.

Missed the ferry back to Fauntleroy so i rode all the way round back to Seattle. That was fun now that i have my heated grips working again.

Thanks for the pics and mini-RR allrider! On a weekday, Silverdale just as well be in another state for me.

Agreed on the photos, but heated grips,...in May?

Summer doesn't officially get to the PNW until July 5th. Until then...

Yikes! I guess if it's home, you're used to it. :) So, what you're saying is that there is no BBQ cookout in flip flops and shorts on the 4th of July?

...it's really not a problem Vic, you just might be wearing shorts & flip-flops in 50F weather!

Edit...BTW it was 43F when I left for a ride this morning. I turned on the heated grips and wished I'd have worn my 'lectric jacket!

This afternoon we had our Birkenstocks with Copper River salmon grilled on a cedar plank cover with aluminum foil. It was 75 degrees today in Seattle with blue skies. A perfect day.
