I went the cheap route and got a Motocom AB-1M. It has a plug for a cell phone that worked in my previous phone, but, I just got a Motorola Razor and it doesn't have the standard sub-mini plug. Guess I'll have to look for a Bluetooth compatible system.

I have the RAZR and the Starcom Advance. The RAZR is not headset friendly, but is bluetooth. Starcom has a Bluetooth adapter available.
