Home safe and sound.

Enjoyed the ride today and seeing some familiar faces and some new ones too.

Weather wasn't too bad.

Dave

Yes, got home safe after a good day of riding. A little cool but not bad; worst part was the friggin' wind at times would just about lay the bike over!

I had the route planned so led the way from Mims where we met. Down through the Space Center wildlife refuge, then back north through Oak Hill, Osteen, Deland and up to Lake Dias where we took a break at a park.

From there we headed up and over I95 back down through "The loop" and to The Oyster Pub at Daytona Beach for lunch.

FOOD PORN!

We still weren't done after lunch; decided to go to Daytona BMW and bring some FJR Kool Aid!

A great day and looking forward to the next time...

Guys, nice to put faces with the names. Great route and yes the wind was something else. Sorry about the mix-up at the lake stop with my "missing" key. Too many pockets on the 'stitch. Had to bug out early and get back to the hacienda since I was gone all day yesterday and evening. Will have to do it again soon.

Thanks Jim!

No problem on the key, I'm just glad you found it! A spare key necklace may be in order LOL

Tech day starts tomorrow for me! In the a.m. I'm gonna start both organizing my work space and teardown for the aux tank install and light upgrade. Any weekend (or during the week for that matter as I'M RETIRED) come on over. Deadline for me is by the IBA Jax party...

I was a little worried about this ride when FLjab took us through the water instead of over it before getting to the wildlife reserve

Seriously, a big thanks goes out to our faithful leader - the roads and stops were great. Glad I could hook up with the "gang" again. Looking forward to another ride soon (maybe Key West?) or a Tech Day.

Same here! Great ride guys. Hats off to Jim for setting it up (and for the free exhaust wash). Will start a Key West topic soon. Hopefully we can get another large group together for that one as well.

Water shmater --- You coulda rode around it! LOL

Seriously, it came on quick and I really didn't think it was that deep..........

Just noticed, in the photos above, that RZ has a Tron look going on. Leave it to him to find a way to make that happen. :)

I'm not one to brag, but I figured out a way to harness my electric personality and pipe it wirelessly into my jacket.

That picture was on a sunny day - imagine what it looks like at night! I have to think sad thoughts just so I don't blind the other motorists :)
