Just Awesome. Best rally ever, even with the rain. Thanks to all the organizers and the work put in to this event. Just awesome. :clapping: :clapping: :clapping:

I made it home on Sunday, 677 miles to Vanc. Wa. A little rain coming out of Castlegar, coming into Washington, and a sprinkle in the Gorge. One bear on hwy 3 west of Castlegar, crossing the road in the rain, and a deer in the middle of the road, SW of Toppenish on hwy 97. No close calls.

Thanks so much.

Others have said it already...but this was one of the best...if not the best FJR meet I've been too. The other rallys have definitely had the bar raised - for sure.

It was nice putting faces to screen names and getting reacquainted with old FJR friends. I got back in this past afternoon after almost 2k miles getting home...British Columbia is definitely on my list of best places. I'm definitely coming back...with wifey next time. B)

Thanks to the organizing committee...the speaker, the meal, the venue, the accomodations, the roads, the views...everything ROCKED!!! :yahoo:

I second, third, fourth or whatever everything that has been said about the great organization of the rally and the awesome location. I really enjoyed meeting the folks in person I have only seen on the forum. Made it back to NW Indiana this afternoon after a 2000 mile ride home with Wheaton. Some of the nicest weather we had was coming across Montana and North Dakota Sunday and Monday. Made a short stop at Mondak Motors and visited with Gary McCoy. A nice welcome back to the Midwest - heat, humidity, traffic. Oh well, got to figger out where to go next.

Got home safely yesterday afternoon.

A GREAT RALLY :yahoo: :yahoo:

Met some new friends and re-connected with old ones. :D

As rally's go - doesn't get any better than this. Kudo's to the organizers for a great job, and to all the attendees for having a great time.

Aaron and I returned home yesterday evening. Total mileage for the trip 3,042, give or take.

And at the risk of sounding like an echo, this meet was the best one that I've attended. Just an intimate gathering of a hundred or so friends in a venue that is to die for!

And cutest picture on my camera:

I did some Dam Tour work on the way home to SoCal, and just now pulled in. As everyone else has said already, CFR '09 was a fantastic rally in a great location, and the organizers deserve some serious kudo's.

As an aside, I rode Oregon Hwy 138 west from US-97. What a fantastic motorcycling road!

I just got home this afternoon, great trip sad to see it end. I stayed an additional day in Nakusp and it just wasn't the same without 100 FJRs in the lot :dribble: Staying the extra day gave me the opportunity to ride all day in the rain on Monday  Got a little chilly too 41˚ down past Glacier but then a 30mph tailwind to speed things up across Montana.

Thanks Dave and all for a fabulous event!!!!!!!!!!!

 every year I go out to the kootenays for the roads especially the 31a between kaslo and new denver. but riding with the fjr team made it all the better. thanks from a 1st timer to the rally I had a great time and finally got to meet some of the forum members in person. I don't think anyone even got a ticket? the rcmp seem to have kept a low profile. Kudos to the group for raising money for the food bank as well!!

BTW, the rally shirts are the best. :clapping:

Hi Guys

Do you have a CFR 2009 graphic we might be able to use - like the other CFR ones? Apology if it's somewhere that I missed

Hey ME! Glad you made it all the way back in good shape. You can lift the CFR logo at the bottom in my signature if you like (mouse over/ right click/save picture as...). I took it off the CFR web site (hope you're OK with that, Jeff!). Maybe there's an official one coming along later.
