I broke the code, all sub routes now one daily ride route.
Anyone have a place to host them? PM if so.

Ahhh... the summer solstice! It is nice to still have light till 10pm or so. Adds a lot more to the day.
Kasey,I thought I should mention that for the ferry crossings, motorcycles do not wait in line behind all the traffic. You go to the front.
That was our experience for the WFO-3. We were waiting in a long line of cars and trucks at the Shelter Bay-Galena Bay ferry when a little boy walks up and said his mommy told him to tell us, "bikes don't wait in line and to go to the front."
I don't know if that still applies, but it is worth mentioning. :yahoo:
Hmmm... I was told to go get in line last summer! Told that they don`t do that on the small free ferries. That being said, I didn`t miss the next ferry in mid-Aug. so June certainly should not be a problem. That is indeed the case Ed. FWIW, I've never seen any of these small ferries have to leave anyone behind - even a cage or a truck and even in the height of tourist season (which we will not be at CFR).
Hmmm... CFR Website seems like a logical place! PM sent!Still need a place to host... grrr.:clapping: :yahoo: :clapping: :yahoo: :clapping: Way to go Carver. Thanks.I broke the code, all sub routes now one daily ride route. Anyone have a place to host them? PM if so.
I'm trying to find them on the rally site. Am I missing something? The links to the DH videos are there, but I can't seem to find your routes....PM received and email with routes sent! Woot Woot! :yahoo: :clapping: :yahoo:
Nevermind. I just plugged 'em in to Map Source.I'm trying to find them on the rally site. Am I missing something? The links to the DH videos are there, but I can't seem to find your routes....PM received and email with routes sent! Woot Woot! :yahoo: :clapping: :yahoo:
I have them I can send. I have to say while MapSource is okay, there are a couple of little things that annoy me. Not being able to do all the routes then import them at the same time....I mean come on....what a pita. And the Zumo names the routes by waypoint instead of what you name the file. So, if all the routes start and end at Nakusp, then the routes are all named "Nakusp to Nakusp." I had to go back to each one and change the name of the start/end waypoint. Sigh. But it's done alas.so has anyone done these up in waypoints and would like to send me a nice garmin file for uploading??? anyone? :coolsmiley03:
Would you mind sharing how you done it?I broke the code, all sub routes now one daily ride route. Anyone have a place to host them? PM if so.
Damn! I'd forgotten all about these! Sorry All! I hate it when life gets in the way of FJR stuff!PM received and email with routes sent! Woot Woot! :yahoo: :clapping: :yahoo:
While this may still be the case for the coastal ferries, it is NOT the case for the inland ferries operated by Western Pacific Marine. Just had a chat with a lady at the operator. Apparently they received a lot of complaints from cagers about motorcycles by-passing the lines. Their policy is "There is no priority boarding for motorcycles."I thought I should mention that for the ferry crossings, motorcycles do not wait in line behind all the traffic. You go to the front.
