Life is short and clutches are pretty cheap in the big scheme of things. Replace the clutch, change the oil and ride the bike. If you are really worried about it, sell it or trade it in on a new bike. Folks can debate this one until the cows come home and most everyone makes a good point.

You're right of course - why worry just fix now. The only problem I really see, besides continuing poor clutch operation, is contaminating the engine's innards with dry clutch fibers. Yamaha recommended Fubar disassemble and clean the engine after his clutch failure. That's not on my fun fix and do-its list if it can be prevented by proper pre-oiling, which I recently did.
