For sale is a Corbin seat front and rear with the oval passenger back rest. It came on an 07 FJR which I recently purchased along with the OEM seat.
Located in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada.

The front and rear seats look brand new, there are no rips, tears or damage of any sort.
The pillion seat has a built in oval shaped backrest.
The Corbin stitching is done in silver thread.

I even have the original packaging that the seats came with from the Corbin factory, and it shows the duty and GST paid to import into Canada.

The seats are non-heated and although the seat is very comfortable, is too wide for my frame, as I'm not a big guy, so I put the OEM Yamaha seat back on which works better for me.

The Corbin seats front and rear is for sale outright for less than half the new price, $750 or close offer.

If you were to price out the same Corbin seats today with the same options is $1245 USF, which equates to $1724 Canadian at todays exchange rate. Add the duty and the GST ($130) and the total is $1854 Canadian. Likely close to $2000 with shipping. Crazy huh?

I'm willing to trade for a Yamaha comfort seat (made by Seat Concepts, see pic) or the Yamaha top case, either the 39 liter or the 50 liter case, with the aluminum bracket and hardware to mount the top case to the bike.
Or if you happen to have a set of Heli Bars for Gen2 FJR, as I prefer the bars to be a bit more upright and more rearward.
Let me know what you have for trade or buy the seat outright.

Even if you're not interested in the seat, I will consider buying the Heli-Bars, either size top case, aluminum bracket and hardware from you if you happen to have any of these items that you are not using.
No junk please.
Thanks for looking.

Will ship the Corbin seat across Canada at buyers expense.

I imagine this would fit a 2015? (Gen 3, last of the 5 speed)
I thought all years and Gens are same seat size and attachment points. Can forum folk confirm this?
Also, if it fits would you be willing to arrange shipping to California (at my expense of course. You could put it on a turtle, no rush shipping). Thanks

One thing you need to be aware of with older Corbin seats is that the passenger seat will not work with the stiffener brackets for the oem top case.

Hi Woody, looks like your question was answered above, so yes it will fit.
I can check out the shipping cost, but pretty sure it won't be cheap even with snail mail. I do believe shipping is based on weight and size of the package. I will check anyway and get back to you.
Cheers,

Is the seat still available? If yes, I’d like to have a look at it (I’m not far away)

Ok, here ya go. Complete with never used cable extension.
One of the 1/2" x 2 1/2" bolts is slightly bent, I dunno. Easy to find , drill center and use JB Weld to secure the handlebar cover. It's what I did.
How's about $110.00 shipped?
Thanks, Danno

Hi Dan, just so you know, I sold the seat, and the fellow who bought it happened to have a used HeliBar, so I made the deal last night.
He’s a tall guy and prefers a longer reach.
Thanks for sending, I will update the ad as sold.
