fftopic: Holy cow Tom, look at that flat spot on the rear tire. You need to go to the mountains more often.
That picture is a little deceiving, but I did wear that tire down to the cords before I replaced it last fall, just a product of living in northeast Ohio & commuting everyday on the highway to work. In fact if you look at the date & remember correctly that photo was taken just days after our Virginia/West Virginia trip in which you introduced us to Smoke Hole Road & that tire was still quite round at that time, “Flat Spot” would however describe my peg feelers.
