I hate those crunched areas... but if it's not affecting flow... who cares?

really I mean that... do our bikes have to look perfect? do they have to be pristine? do they have to look like they've never been out of the garage? like they've never been used, for anything but being in a showroom?

If I am on a road trip and the motorcycle gets dirty it's not a big deal to me.

I'll get the bugs off the front end but I'm not going to do a total wax job in a hotel parking lot.

If it gets dinged up it does bother me. I don't think battle scares are appealing, at least not to me.

Thanks for the responses. I dont mind a few battle scars either....I do try to keep my stuff relatively nice but dont go as far as polishing. Dings are one thing...crunches are another. Also on the right its in clear view on the side stand. Not sure what ill do yet, just exploring the cost/benefit now.
