I've been up and down about whether or not to buy this well maintained bike. The price is now $6400, but I'm getting a spiritual conscience that's saying "Own one you horder!" I'll be able to pay down my current bike and live more simply with the sales of my scooter and st1100. I'm pretty sure this one will slip by... perhaps in the future. i'll look out for a gen 2 w/ similar atttributes.

Thanks for all of your input and interest.

Looks like a great price on a great bike. Sounds alot like my '04 FJR. I wired in switched and unswitched outlets, and have under-grip heaters, which let you use any grip you like. About the only thing I didn't notice were cans and a PCIII! If you don't like the DayLong, I'd like to see if it's better than the one I had made for my FZ1--I'm in Livingston, NJ--and make you an offer--I can even throw in an OEM seat for the 2004.
