Hey, here's one I qualify for!!!! :yahoo: :yahoo: :yahoo:In my experience, I think anyone who owns a car and doesn't depend on his motorcycle as his only transportation, is an incompetent motorcyclist.
Yes, not only does Bust need gender clarification, he needs species clarification as well!*Note use of the correct grammatical style for a non-ghey man expression of love for another non-ghey man--viz., inclusion of the dude-speak pronoun "man," together with the clarifying simile "like a brother." Usually one is enough, but used together you're guaranteed a safe harbor. (Bustanut may need three forms though, which typically includes a tacked-on phrase about what the speaker did to his interlocutor's wife. However, when using this form, it's wise to carry a weapon of some kind.)
Yep, that's me :clapping: , and in my experience I think anyone who rides a 1000 miles in 24 hours when they don't have to, is a ................. but they can ride with me anyway...at least until I get tired. :yahoo:In my experience I think anyone who can't ride 1000 miles in 24 hours, such as I have done many times, is an incompetent motorcyclist.
Considering the context, the first response to a very considered, serious post, which raised some valid points, this has my vote for the funniest line of the year.In my experience I think anyone who can't ride 1000 miles in 24 hours, such as I have done many times, is an incompetent motorcyclist.
HA! My very 1st reaction to Dr. Rich's post was: "What in the hell has Old Michael done now, to piss Rich off this time!" Since OM has SkooterG's hang time; nuf' said!My guess is that someone told Dr. Rich that he "rides like a *****"...and that this person was a rider coach.

Ummm, so what's wrong with ridingMy guess is that someone told Dr. Rich that he "rides like a *****"...and that this person was a rider coach.
Woo Hoo! According to D, I'm not an incompetent motorcyclist. In my experience I think anyone who can't split a deer in two pieces without falling off, such as I have done many times, is an incompetent motorcyclist.
Damn it, beat me to it............Why did you put Dr. infront of your name?Could it of been to say, LOOK at me
Interesting how that fit into the same trip.Oh Bust, since I've been off of the forum for a week visiting RadioHowie and Goofy in Disney World,
Rich, I'd say, certainly not. I agree, and am thankful that there are many fellows on this forum who post in just that way - humble, contructive, experienced, and always thoughtful in their approach. Is it wrong to suggest that the most learned folks on this forum are the ones who don’t have to call attention to themselves but instead offer guidance and assistance in a humble and constructive manner?
