Watching the recording of last night's New Jersey race of Daytona Sportbikes, there was a blurb about next year's rules. Standing starts for all classes, which I assume means Moto-GT classes as well. Also, there will be a 3rd Moto-GT class, although there were no details on that in the show.

Good, I'm glad they're going to a standing start. IMO that's the way it should be.

Did your recording happen to cut off the last 6 or so laps of the SBK race 2? Mine did. :angry01: Seems speed was behind schedule or something. I realize there wasn't much of consequence going on in that race, especially after Bostrom handed Pegram 4th overall with a jump start and 2 crashes. (Larry is an acquaintance, so I normally root for him) When that race cut off, I figured Hayden was either gonna win his first race or crash out. DVR is set to re-record it on Tue. Guess I'll see then.

Yes, Speed was about 20 minutes late, and I don't have the end of the Superbike, either. Will look for it on Tuesday, just in case something cool went on at the end.
