Does your 2008 stall giving it gas from Idle

The only stall i've had in 2.5 months and 2,000 miles was reported by a friend I let ride it. Said it stalled at a stop sign, but when he pulled out of my driveway he was in 4th gear before he was at 30 Mph - so.... It was also the last time he will ever ride it.

I voted "not an 08 owner" but my 2007 did stall a couple times on me. I upped the idle and installed a PCIII and everything is gravy now....

This stalling problem is/was noted on Gen II FJR's. I have a 2006. I think the only real improvement in later years is the changing of throttle cam. I installed a G2 throttle sleeve to help solve the problem. The biggest improvement came with the installation of a PCIII.

It's nice to know I have a state of the art FJR, since there have been no real changes since 2006. Oh, I have an updated computer too.
