A quick and easy way to cut the use of cell phones. Charge $1.00 perminute if the phone is moving, regular rates if not moving. I'm sure

there is a way to do this.
Sounds great, but how can 'they' determine the user isn't in the backseat of the car? Or on a city bus, for that matter?

I'm all about no phones whilst driving....if I could function in today's America without a cell phone, it'd be in landfill tomorrow.

Cell phones? How about getting head? :p Talk about a loss of concentration..
he died... west palm beach florida, +/- 1985... west bound on 45th street... road under construction... came and died at the same time...

we, fire rescue, found out cause the state trooper told us the hosp found bite marks on his member during a post-mortum...

needless to say, the crew gave the medic grief about the prelubed slick ease of intubating the female passenger...

No one mentioned using the damn cell to text message. Saw a guy in the commute text messaging. He had the pda or side kick in the middle of the steering wheel texting with his thumbs going like mad. Never stopped texting even while moving.
