Alrighty then, let's get on with the party plans!
I'm pleased to announce that the contract with the Park City Marriott is signed, sealed and delivered! :yahoo: The Committee has just a wee bit more planning to do, the web site to arrange and some other minor details to discuss and you'll all be able to start room reservations and other such travel plans. Don't ask me any questions about costs because we don't have all of them nailed down just yet (room rates are, but that will be announced shortly). We should have this stuff done PDQ.
Folks, this is a top flight property smack dab in the middle of some of the best riding roads in the World! Once we announce the reservation procedure, you will not want to delay making your reservations. There are no more rooms available for that time frame and if you miss out, you'll be SOL. I hear, however, that there is a nice cardboard box down by Hobotown that is still available, though.
I suggest that you start to route planning to and from Park City now and if you've never traveled Southern Utah, well, the roads and scenery defy description short of saying, think 'Nirvana'. We will have some tasty rides out of Park City posted on the website for you to enjoy as well. Since we'll have a couple of professional caliber photogs, we may even have our own mini 'Killboy' section for downloading your own self on one of these routes. Frame 'em and tell your grand kids about it... "Well, ya see little Billy, back in Ought Seven, me and the gang rode into Park City, guns-a-blazin', lookin' for that no good biker gang to whup up on. See, here's me scrapin' pegs trying to catch up to Horrible Harley, their leader..."
We'll have a host of other things planned, contests for prizes and other fun stuff to do. Hell, maybe chickey191 will bring some of his naked dancing girls he's always referencing...
