So sorry to hear this, RIP Duke, my dog is very sick now and it only a matter of time, day by day. I'm gald I got to meet Duke at the OR RTE.

Mark, I can't begin to tell you how sorry I am to hear of Duke's passing. Good friends like him are few and far between. Please accept my deepest sympathy; I know you'll be missing him for a long time.

I'm sorry to hear this, Marcus. It's always hard to lose a best friend.

Take comfort in the fact that Duke traveled more miles, had more adventures, and had more friends than most people ever will.

I just wanted to add that I'm glad I got to meet you both at Lapine.

So sorry to read this, and sympathies for the grief of losing him. RIP, Duke. Few dogs have seen more of the world.
Couldn't say it any better.

Just know I was really disappointed when I couldn't meet Duke on my ride out to Kali a couple years ago. High winds and blowing sand kept you two down south in Sequoia or in Kings Canyon NP that May, I believe.

You did a wonderful thing for that dog after your dad passed, to take care of him so well. I never met you or Duke...but I am very sorry for your loss. My wife and kids also know about the great Duke from out west.

Please post up a Duke video when you feel up to it.

I am very sorry to hear about your lost.

I lost my dog too and I know the feeling that you are feeling right now.

My condolences goes out to you and your family; but, I also wanted to let you know, that Duke is in a wonderful place now.

Where there is no suffering or pain, the only thing that exist....... is happiness and joy.

Even thou he is not here physically, he will always be here with you.....spiritually.... to protect you and to enjoy every breath you take and every ride you take, god bless :)

Sorry to hear this. Felt like I knew him from your posts. We lost our Bassett hound of 14 yrs a few months ago. Sad times.

Safe to say we all share your grief Marcus.

Duke was a fun little guy who brightened everyones day, truly enjoyed sharing a room with him at SW-FOG in Taos.

My condolences Marcus. Met you and Duke many times and was always fun to pet the little fellow.

So sorry for your loss, but you know he will always be riding with you, wherever you go!

While talking about my dogs and his dogs last night, I was showing one of my sons photos of Duke I had taken and telling him about him.

It is a lucky man who is owned by a good dog.
