I called and paid for mine today and it should ship by Monday!!!!

Larry, what "Base Map did you use and did you get it from the Dynojet web site??

Well, I started with the "zero map" (M419-000) and noticed a significant improvement Then I tried the M419-001 map (that's for an '06 with stock exhaust, stock air filter and the O2 sensor disconnected) and I could hardly believe I was riding the same bike :yahoo: :good: :hyper:

Both maps were downloaded from the Dynojet website and very easily loaded on to the PCIII using my laptop and the supplied software & USB cable.

Don't both asking for the change in MPG because I won't know that for a while and, given the incredible improvement in the throttle, probably won't care.

Did you unplug the 02 sensor in the harness or at the sensor it self? Thanks for answering my questions!!

I disconnected the O2 sensor at the harness. I don't think it can be done at the sensor itself.

I am interested in buy it and I think I could install it myself.

My only concern is to reach the battery as I don't want mess with the fairing.

How easy is that if the tank is out or lifted ? I also intend to do the throtle spring release, so would be easyer to do both at the same time.

You really need to go directly to the battery with the PC wiring.

Practice makes perfect. While taking apart the plastic is stressful the first time or two, the more you do it, the less a big deal it becomes. Just DO it.

Installation could not be easier. Accessing the negative terminal on the battery is as simple as removing the small panel diectly above it.
