Dude! Why couldn't you have waited until Friday to post this?
Very selfish of you IMHO.
Had this been Friday, I would have simply posted this pic:

Out of the OZ version, but that's cause it was easier to access at work.

Edit: Dagummit, Bruced by a trophy while trying to search the thing up.

I've had the wrong time on my FJR dash since last summer. Last week I finally made the Herculean effort to read the owners manual to refresh myself on how to get to the appropriate menu.

My FJR tours change time zones so often it's never correct anyway. And I'm too damn old and tired to worry about it.

I set my clock to local time and DST. Don't change it for standard time in early spring or late fall and I don't reset time when travelling over multiple time zones. The GPS (or phone) keep local time and it is a reminder of what time it is at home when calling.

If the reset button is too complicated you could just disconnect the battery to zero the trip meters. Of course then you'd have to learn how to reset the clock!! :)

No problem, do it at midnight.
Or noon??
Mine's a 24 hour clock. Dunno about the US version.
I believe the US version is lacking the am/pm indicator. It's better than your version because we can reset the clock by disconnecting the battery twice a day! ;)

We don't have an am/pm indicator, we can count beyond 12 and so can our clocks :) .
Judging by the US 2013 Owner's Manual I've just downloaded, so can yours ;) .

Well, call me ****-for-brains.

Just checked my bike. It said 11:55. That's 5 minutes before midnight. It should say 23:55. But it doesn't.

Once again, the bike hasn't read the manual.

So, my HUGE APOLOGIES.

But the book does show a time of 13:50.
