Carl, are you riding your FJR or Hondapotamus to NAFO (and are you going to EOM also)?

I can just imagine two of those Berkaloungers-on-wheels in the front of the group pic.

FJR to both EOM and NAFO. I learned my lesson piloting that Hondapotamus through the twisties in NC a couple years ago.

I can only imagine the scraping going on keeping up with the pace that was set on some prior rides with this group!

Booked both.

NAFO riding in with Mike "the Wine Guy"

EOM riding/rooming with Stan the "Steamer"

Leaving this Weds for MOA in Minneapolis, then CFR- NewFoundland in Aug. I just purchased 2 sets of PR2's to hopefully get me through this season.

I'll just park the Hippo in front of the group and you guys will be better hidden than the government witness protection program. Go ahead and blast the twisties while I'm doing a nice slow dance with big mama Honda.

I'm just an old slug.

^^^^Yeah, I rode with that old slug on CA 36...so don't listen to all those lies coming out of his mouth. Your Midwest mama would be ashamed of those filthy lies Dougy!

How do the roads compare to let's say the Dragon, Ohio 555 or the routes in Lacrosse Wis. Never really been in that area of the country. Just spent 3 days on the Dragon ........ Can 't wait to do that again.

Just realized Maggie Valley is NC thought it was in the Ar area. Should be great riding there.

Yep! We will be in the area of the snake, devils triangle, the tail of the dragon, blue ridge parkway, etc. You will find meandering roads, curvy roads and tight twisties - take you pick!

Book it Jeff! You can have a replay :)

Mr. KJ, how about a race to the liquor store- K16 vs the Hondapotamas to see who can carry back the most libations ;)

I hear that Wheatie guy can really put it away

I'll bow to you and declare you the winner, I've been known to shed the side cases and use them as 'poor man's suitcases'. U get the most comfy ride award as well. And, I'm never one to knock comfort! Heck, I'm just coming for the B&B (BS and Beer!)

I ate dinner w Wheatie (and others) at SEO this past May. I think his drinking pace was quite normal... either that or my scale in comparison is way off

If you are talking about cheeseburgers and ribs, yes, I really can put it away.
