I get it - and I'd bet most that have been around here a while do too, but I looked at it as if I was in his shoes - someone who has not been around here very long - I post one thing, get made fun of, and decide this isn't the kind of place I really want to hang around. It's all good - I just didn't want to get an email from Walnut asking for a refund 'cause he can't make it...

See ya in MV!!

You guys almost always wait until post 3 before you start roasting them.

One of the worst things about message board posts is the inability to gauge true intentions. Much of what we type can be interpreted way wrong. Sarcasm can be very dangerous around dimwits. :)

Yeah, what Doug said. I was just messing with you Walnut. Of course, I wasn't the one that went on a personal attack and called you names. That was Doug. If we get him drunk enough, we can shave his eyebrows off. Don't stress it.

AND don't email Wayne asking for a refund. I don't wanna hear him bitching all weekend! :****:

You should have been here in the early days of TWN and Warchild, without a thick skin most didn't make it past 5 posts without being ripped a new one.

I'll be happy to buy all the FNG's a beverage of their choice at EOM. However we need to keep the liquor away from Zilla, you know how crazy some Mexicans get after a few drinks and then nobody's eyebrows are safe. I can bring my Toas shirt to prove it.

It is the internet for heavens sake.

I bet those days were fun. As for getting ripped, I was a head football coach for 16 years, I am immune to such criticisms. The only decisions I ever made were the wrong ones, just go ask Johnny's mom and dad.

:)

Like most things, internet boards go thru growing pains. But really, it is just the internet. It is a message board. I think I have been involved in a few "dust ups" via electronic media. I usually can release from the "conversation".

Now don't get me wrong, I find explicit entertainment in some morons getting roasted by the board. Those are about the only threads I will mark to follow. I am not above adding insult to injury when need be. You have to be a compete clown for me to pile on though. Usually it takes something heinous for a board to revolt on a member. More often than not the administrators of the board step in before a full fledged man-challenging meltdown ensues.

Apparently not much here is out of bounds. Including going racial on 'Zilla is acceptable. Prob with spoken from love. But I bet if he had a shank, u wouldn't be calling him out. Don't worry 'Zilla I for your back, just don't stab me on accident at EOM.

Happy to share some of the buying of beverages in 2 weeks. I certainly owe Wheatie a few.

I see there is a Spot group location page, but I can't find the password to join. Can someone tell me it is?

Nevermind, I guessed and found it.

What's a FNG?

F-ing New Guy. We also stand tall with fermented grain bellies, awed by the atmosphere of maturity and knowledge that surrounds us.

I hope we get some FNG's ...these grumpy old farts here need some CPR! :)

Speaking of freebies... I owe (and off to work I go) a couple of cold ones as well. Mark & Gerry for some route tips, duly noted!.

Less than 48hrs till shove off. Yikes, and, I better find my passport!
