Will you be on your FJR or K?Booked- Thurs-Sat nites. I will leave on Weds AM and find a motel somewhere in between on the no-slab route in.
It was $79/nite. There are still rooms left in the reserved block for the group, make sure you mention it.
I just might surprise y'all and come on my HP4 electric! Will you be on your FJR or K?Booked- Thurs-Sat nites. I will leave on Weds AM and find a motel somewhere in between on the no-slab route in.

Oh Goody, I'll be able to pull the plug on you.I just might surprise y'all and come on my HP4 electric!
If I were KJ, I'd be more concerned about how it handles in water 2 feet high...Electric? Does that thing have enough of a charge to make it to Maggie Valley?
I agree! That's where the FJR shines. SFO 09 for me was 3 days of horizontal rain getting there, 3 days in the Ozarks in horizontal rain and 3 days getting home in horizontal rain. The FJR is like a fish in its element! I couldn't believe how well it handled. Even in all that rain, I had the time of my life.If I were KJ, I'd be more concerned about how it handles in water 2 feet high... :not_i:Electric? Does that thing have enough of a charge to make it to Maggie Valley?
Yeah, Baby! This is gonna be fun! I'm not missing this for all the tea in China. So we won't be on any electric motorcycles, but there might be two Beemers and my FJR. Today I finally made our reservations at the Inn. So far for sure is my brother Patch and his GF on his GSA, and me. Patch may have a friend coming along. I may get my wife to fly east and pick her up on Thursday or Friday. Patch's friend has a F800GS, but is trying to sell it for a full on Sport Tourer. We're figuring our route through New Orleans and up to Calhoun GA where we'll stay the night with Mr and Mrs. Twisty before taking them to MV with us. It's on boys!!

Heck no, it's a commuter/local toy at best, 100mpc, only about 60 if your really feeling the torque. It's got game, the any speed torque coupled w no gears features a very smooth transition from 0-100.Electric? Does that thing have enough of a charge to make it to Maggie Valley?
