I will be visiting EOM as part of another trip and will be in the car with the dog - but that means I have a car, so if that's helpful to someone along the way, please ask!
Bring good beer. Local (to you) craft beer is preferred.

And we look forward to meeting you!

And ignore Intech. Once you meet him you'll understand.

We know we will be sharing the venue w the MSTA folks, I think it's kinda kewl! Here's a later clip from their forum

We have some extra excitement thrown in this year! We will be sharing the QI with the Eastern Owners Meeting of the FJR Forum. Their group will be about the same size as ours, and there are certain to be a number of folks who belong to both. There is plenty of room for both groups, but we have blocked all of the rooms with two beds that are available between us. Another reason to go on and make your reservations. I have spoken with the coordinator, Wayne, and we both see this as a positive thing, with possible new members and friendships for both groups. Their philosophy should be very similar to ours. Please ask me anything you like, and keep an eye here for website and registration information. My number will be on those items, but it's **********, if you need me. "See You in September", so says the song. Syd
So KJ, are we EOM's going to "rumble" with the MSTA's? We can be the Jets and they can be the Sharks, Billy Fitz can be West Side 'Maria' eh!

I think Billy Fitz can take 'em all by himself! ;) I think their average age surpasses ours! And, that takes a lot of experience old-farts to top our group!

I've been following these guys, and, they seem to be just like us ying-yangs; with the same common interests. I think we will get along just dan-dee. I can even see them recruiting their future fellow Card-Club mates from our group of zombies. 'NS (Petey btw is omitted in this phrase, besides he's too young for those-there fellas anyways!~). But, I can see Don becoming new best friends here, and "Bridge nite" will be coming to Chandler AZ soon. :)

Well, that puts things into perspective, doesn't? Now I know why I have to speak loudly and slowly...

Army...Aren't Ready to be Marines Yet... Semper Fidelis my friend.

Postscript to my Fellow Military Veterans: I think that you know what a pisser it is for an Army Dogface such as myself to be working for a Marine Jarhead, oh well US Army Artillery has been bailing out these Sea Going Bellhops since 1775! And it could be worse, I could have been working for a Squid or a Zoomie! Any thing lower than USN or USAF would be a Coast Guardsman or a Canadian, eh (actually, they're the same thing!).

I'm a former Navy E7 CPO. Since the Marines can't swim, we had to take them everywhere they needed to go. (Ducking my head and running now!) :D

I started out as a weather specialist in AF then got scholarship in Chem Engineering and went to Wright Patterson AFB where I was rocket scientist developing new materials for spacecraft. We were taught how to throw our books in a deadly manner if confronted by the enemy😄👍.

I ended up leaving active duty after 12 years but going into reserves and got my 20 in retiring as 04

Looks like we'll have a collective of veterans telling stories in the parking lot then. I'll have to start embellishing mine now, should be fun! ;)

Come on now Victor, tell the truth! Why does USN carry Marines around on warships? Because sheep would be too damn obvious! JSNS, Baa!

My FJR forum name is "gray ray" I'm the old fart that likes to do hot laps around Lake Erie.

See you guys in Lovale Md. Wens. night.

I'll be there early and Ray will be there later in the evening.
Awesome! Looks like a good ole kick-off party is taking shape at the Econolodge in Lavale MD, Weds nite! (9/23)

We should roll in around 4-6pm, depending on our lunch stop at the Hangar-9 in Lockhaven PA
