Cheryl and I had a great time !!!!!! :D

Thanks to Travis and Maureen for all their hard work. And thanks to Heidi and Jeff for letting us tag along from Va. beach. It was great to meet everyone and go on some wonderful rides. Hope to get together again soon.

Hey, all you Iron Butt people. We rode from Boone to Long Island in 12 1/2 hours. Does that count for something ?

Thanks again to all involved. And + 10 to the mystery dinner buyer.

I'll add my two cents, although most of it has already been said. First, Travis is getting much deserved recognition for putting on a great meet. Second, you WFO riders are missing out - come ride our roads!! The White Knuckle Express was a blast! It was great to renew friendships made last year, and to make new friends. Last, but certainly not least, my sincere appreciation to the guys and gals I rode with on Saturday and Sunday. Special thanks to Mark for leading an outstanding ride Sunday.

Travis, thank you for puting on such an awesome event - I know that this was a lot of hard work and I appreciate it very much. I cannot wait until EOM '07.

Boy, did anyone ride a bad road all weekend - the riding was great and the weather cooperated (for the most part).

It was great to meet all of you and get to know your stories. Look forward to more great ridin' together in the future.

Thanks to all!, especially Travis and crew. My better half and I had a blast and enjoyed meeting a lot of great people. I regret not getting to know more people, maybe next year. My apologies to the OSU fans for referring to them as Oregon State while they were trouncing Texas, consider the source, Kentucky fans can't even spell football. Thankfully I'm a Louisville fan!

Duho.. Aren't we a bunch of clauds.

How about a big thank you to the sponsors!!!!!!! :clapping: :yahoo: :clapping: :yahoo: :clapping:

Please hit their web sites once or twice to get the view counter to move.

I think they are watching their page counters to see if they wasted their money.

If you won something nice, please send a thank you note though their web site.

I think TWN, Smitty, and a couple other members also need to be added to the thankyou list also for donating a tank slapper and I believe a heat sheild kit, along with some other items which have slipped the surly bonds of my brain at the moment....

That was fun :yahoo:

Thanks to Slappy for all the organization and to anyone who helped with the event.

Thanks to Rad for being this years mascot. And to Mike and Shannon just because.

My ending milage for the total trip was 2950(ish). I took some detours from Miami B)

Boof

P.S. So, is it too early for me to start another Key West FJRFest II thread ?? There will not be a lot of twisties other than limes into the drinks

Impressive mileage, Craig.

It was good to see you guy's again.

I would be up for another run to the Key's, even if it's called a FJRfest. Do mascot's normally run at the head of the pack? :D

Hey Bob, should I volunteer to run the front door for you again? Ride to the Keys, why not!

;)

Wade,

You and Deb, and anyone else from the Jacksonville contingent, should join this run, if it happens.

It's a blast.

Actually the Key's are farther away then Boone, so it's no small schlep, at least for me.

Yea, you could run the front door. Someone has to take the heat and I'll try to keep you in sight. :D

I know I am late saying thanks but better late than never. Thanks, it was a fun get-together. We did not return to NY until the following Saturday. We (Jim and I) took back roads all the way back.

We had such a fun time in Boone, NC. Meeting all of you was wonderful.

Travis...great job! And thanks to all the sponsors. See you all next year I hope.

Bob (aka RAD) ,

It was great to see you again too. We just loved hooking up with you , Mike and Shannon and being with the FJR crowd. I think that FJR folks are simply the best. I mean that from the bottom of my heart. Ann and I arrived a little late on Thursday and we simply "plopped" right down at a table in the pub there and everyone immediatley started talking to us. One evening we even found a bunch of Canadians to hang with which made Ann feel at home (hi TOM !!!).

Mike was bold enough to let Shannon (FJRChick) ride with me in the twisties so she could take some pictures. I have to admit that I was really, really nervous with FJRChick on the back of my bike. Primarily because she is a kick butt driver and I felt kind of inadequate. Tom kept me in line though.........

Everyone that we met were wonderful. And I mean everyone. FJR's owners rock.

They eat a lot too

Key West here we come (if you have not ridden an FJR over the ocean, you really need to).

Boof

You may be on to something, Shannon.

It would not surprise me at all if Craig was our benefactor. :clapping:
