It's kinda already be done. Their are several FJR specific groups. Do a search (wow.. that sounds familiar!)

I've only been using facebook for a few days so I have no experience with it. However, unlike Myspace which is mainly grade school kids and pervs, facebook is a great way to keep up with people. In the past few days not only have I contacted high school and college friends but I have made new contacts in Denver. Now I'm contacted to some riders here on this forum. I also connected with someone from my former city in Alabama who I do NOT know and is a beautiful lady. So maybe when I go back to visit friends perhaps I will have a date lined up. So much easier than using match.com.

The site is geared towards adults/young people. In a few weeks I'm going to post my Colorado photos which my friends and family can see with just a few clicks of the mouse...instead of me having to email them to everyone.

Uh, just be prepared for said beautiful lady to look a lot like Bustanut and have a name like Bart in real life. Lots of the "beautiful ladies" on the Internets aren't. I still shudder when I think back to how I know.

I have a HS friend who is a FaceBook member, and I keep getting hits to join up, I'm not even sure I get them at his prompting [...maybe because he attempted to reach me once initially thru their system?] I've heard some positve things about their service, but one thing I really DO NOT want is to recieve [or have my friends recieve] a bloody barrage of unsolicited crap in the old inbox! If I could be certain that wouldn't be the case I might consider it. Input?

Invite sent! And it's not just for the 20 and 30 year old crowd, my mom is on there! She loves it and so do I! It's alot of fun and you can put as much or as little info out there as you want, and just watch what your friends are doin and sayin. You really are missing out if your internet savvy and not on there... just sayin!
