I can understand breast implants. Kinda. Although as the saying goes, 'any more than a handful is too much', and personally I'm not attracted to women with enormously large bosoms.

If someone has steatopygia, a natural physical attribute, that's one thing.

But(!), I just don't get ginormous rear-end implants.

Yeah, I get it's personal taste. Ya'll note I actually used the word, 'personally' in my post. It's the cosmetic plastic surgery bit that I have difficulty with. I've had a few necessary surgeries, but going under the knife for mere vanity is a whole other thing.
