First Flat - Ridin with a flat

Seems as if every time I get a new set of tires I get a flat. . . I love the sticky string stuff.
Am I the only one this happens to?

Yes.

I estimate that about 10 percent of my rear tires get holes. I have been able to repair all but one of them with sticky strings. The one exception was actually worn through the cord so there was nothing to stick a string to. I have not had a front tire go flat yet.

Yes. I've had 2 flats, both rear. One took 2 sticky strings to slow it down and had to be replaced, only had about 2k on it. The other was just a small screw, 1 string and ride on 'til the tire was worn out.
