I am a proud owner of one of Rays test harnesses. It works well, easy to install and clear instructions.

Great product and an awesome price. I am curious if it is beneficial to intentionally activate your abs from time to time to avoid the fluid to become stagnant in the abs system.

I do this often... can't hurt, but the harness now accomplishes the same thing. For our Beemers Ihave a GS911 diagnostic device that allows for testing and bleeding the ABS pump much like the harness does for the FJR.

I had one of Ray's Beta Test Harnesses,

It worked great, can be installed permanently or connected and removed.

Gifted it to a smart ass School Administrator from Illinois when the FJR went South.

I have a cell phone app, "MotoScan" which accomplishes the same thing on "Freya" via the OBD port and a Blue Tooth Adapter/Transmitter and Cable

Thanks for the cross post - Ray's ABS test Harness is available for purchase in the storefront I use for EOM registration (www.attacktheroad.com/shop). There is also a downloadable PDF instructions sheet available (free) here.

Let me know if this should go in the e-commerce section or if the link is fine here.

I didn't see this posted here, so thought I'd make sure anyone interested didn't miss it.
This is an owner-crafted pigtail that will do the job of the field service tech item from Yamaha but do it at a fraction of the cost. $7 ain't shabby.

It lets you flip a switch to manually cycle the ABS pump during brake flushes (or any time you want).

I ordered this test harness a couple months ago. It arrived as and when promised. Unfortunately there were no direction/instructions accompanying the harness. Is there a thread or a link that someone could post here that will direct me? I'm in need for directions for a gen 1. I'm not a member of the fjrowners group so I am unable to complete the link/connection to these directions. Thanks
