FJR Goodies. What's up with the web site?

Anybody else had any trouble trying to buy something on there? Tried to order an oem air filter. It doesn't allow me to checkout or register as new customer. Just keeps me in a non-productive loop. After trying numerous times it still shows that I have nothing in my cart, yet shows that I have ordered 21 air filters (apparently through my IP address). Tried to contact by email and that's not working either. WTF?

Are you using IE9? I've had similar problems with 3 different sites since installing it. Try Chrome or Firefox and see what kind of results you get.

Web site gave me problems also, however, 509-786-2383 ask for Paul works everytime.

They're a brick and motor bike shop. The web site is just for the custom FJR stuff. Call them for (usually) pretty good pricing on things like bulk pricing on OEM oil filters, etc.

Just an update with FJR Goodies. I ended up ordering my air filter from them the old fashion way, over the phone. I have to say that the customer service they provided was exceptional. I dealt with Paul. A heck of a nice guy and really stepped up to the plate in getting my order to me pronto. They are working on the web ordering problem, but their over the phone service is worth doing it the old fashion way. A very positive experience.
